Who we are

Perpetual Insurance Agency Pte Ltd ("Perpetual", "we", "us") is a Singapore-registered general insurance agency, located at 1 Raffles Quay, #29-10 Room O, South Tower, Singapore 048583.

Personal information we collect

When you contact us for a quotation, claim, or product enquiry, we collect: name, email, phone number, organisation, and the details of your enquiry. For policy applications, we collect additional underwriting information required by the chosen insurer.

How we use it

We use your information to: respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, place insurance with our insurer panel, manage policies and claims throughout the policy lifecycle, and meet our regulatory obligations under MAS / MoneySense / Insurance Act 1966.

Sharing your data

We share personal data with insurers on our panel for the purpose of obtaining quotations and binding cover, with claims adjusters during the claims process, and with regulatory bodies as required by law. We do not sell personal data.
